A Simple AU

Nelly looked up at Oliver, considered what she felt, considered what she could feel him feeling, and made a decision. Then she leaned up, reached up, and tugged him down to kiss him firmly on the mouth with every ounce of want in her.

As soon as she was high enough, she got her legs around his hips and held on tight, putting her arms behind his neck. This. This was everything she wanted, everything she'd been so hungry for for years. His hunger was like a drug and it was almost painful not to help it along. But that was the one line she refused to cross, for her sake as much as his. She wanted him, she was in love with him... but if she wasn't absolutely sure he felt the same way, without her influence, it would all fall apart. ...but she could use her body. She could grind up against him and let the soft noises in her throat slip out in between kisses.

Oliver held her so tight and shook from having what he'd wanted for so long. He took a few steps into the shadows and dropped them into a small bedroom with stone walls.

She glanced around as she felt the difference in the air, the cold of the stone and the fact that they were actually in a room now. She looked back at the bed and, eyes bright she bounced just a little before turning to Oliver. "Yes!" It wasn't the sexiest thing in the world, but her joy, actual joy as well as the lust, was as clear to feel as the cool air. She ducked up to kiss him again before looking back at the bed. "Yes, this is- you're the one I want. The one I've always wanted. Oh god, Oliver, mmm!" And he was kissed again.

Oliver laughed in delight, caught her, and kissed her again.

"Yes. I have always loved you, Nel."

She nodded and leaned up to kiss him again. "I know." And again. "And I've loved you." And again. "Why am I still wearing clothing?"

Oliver gave a soft little growl and started ripping them off.

She couldn't help giggling as he tore her clothing off, practically floating on the feelings she was drinking in from him. Pure want and love and need and all of it ringing through her. She breathed in and out and reached up to pull him down for another kiss.

Oliver gave her that kiss, and then lifted her up, tossed her onto the bed, and then pounced on top of her.

She was extremely glad that Oliver was a shadowalker for any number of reasons, but one of the reasons was that he'd be able to return them back to the Center without anyone having noticed their absence. ...and they had been absent for days. Nelly stroked Oliver's hair, smiling so brightly as she did. "How are you so perfect? Mmm, I love how your mind feels."

"You are the first person to say this."
He replied as he nuzzled down into her temple. He stroked into her side.

"Do you want me to get Plan B from Jeanine?"

He forced himself to ask.

She looked over at him for a moment before shaking her head. "Well, one, I don't need it. I've had total reproductive control since like... two years ago." She breathed out a little . "And I dunno. I mean, I'm going to have access to my trust fund in a couple of years. And you've already got a job and everything. So we could do this if you think you're ready." She found his eyes and made sure she was meeting them as she spoke. "But if you're not ready, you're not ready. And I'm not sure I'm ready. So I don't think we should."

He leaned down to kiss her softly. "I want them, but we are not ready to raise four infants right now." He pulled her closer and took a breath. "But, we could take up to six weeks to think about it, if you want to." Letting them go would be hard.

She reached up to stroke his cheek. "Would it be easier for you if I wait until you're busy to... take care of things?" She wouldn't tell him when so he didn't stress out. It'd just be done. He wouldn't have to feel when it happened.

He nodded and looked slightly ashamed. "I am sorry, Nel."

She shook her head and leaned up to kiss his forehead. "It's fine, sweetheart. Don't apologize." She stroked his hair a few times. "Don't ever be ashamed of what we have. What we're going to be. What we did." She couldn't help a faint grin at that. "And it was pretty good. Fantastic. Best I've ever had." He got a little peck on the temple. "So don't focus on the negatives."

He nodded and lifted her up into his arms. "We will do beautiful things together, Nel."

She nodded firmly at him before leaning down to kiss him lightly on the lips. Then she pulled back to smile at him before- "Oh hey," and she tapped the top of one of her breasts before letting a finger slide down to point at the nipple. "Is this your thing too? Cause otherwise, I'm turning this part off ASAP." A brief chuckle. "But if it turns you on or, you know, does the calming thing, I'll leave it alone."

"I...." He followed her finger down with his eyes and held her tighter. "I cannot ask you to do such a thing to your body for me. Thought it is pleasant."

She rolled her eyes just a little before tugging him forward, urging him to go ahead. "Dude, I'm down for it if it does it for you. Otherwise, it's just a lot of feeling sore and getting turned on by my own shirts." She huffed out. "And pumping is a bitch. Not to mention just being useless when we don't have any infants in."

"Then, you should turn it off. I do not want you uncomfortable."

She reached down and turned his head to look her in the eyes. "Listen. If you're going to take care of it, I enjoy it. I just don't like dealing with it if no one's going to have fun." She nudged him again. "Go on. Seriously. The most dangerous thing there is that it might set us both off on another round of sex." She grinned and kissed the tip of his nose. "And we have time to make up for."

"I enjoy it, and it helps with things." He nuzzled into her throat. "Just let me know if it becomes troublesome."

She raised an eyebrow. "When, exactly, have I ever done anything I didn't explicitly want to do?" She pressed a kiss to the corner of his lips before arching her throat for him to nuzzle as he liked. "You know me, Ollie. I always do exactly what I want."

"I know. I love that about you."

He nuzzled a moment longer, and then nuzzled down to let himself have what he wanted.

...she wasn't wrong about the consequences. But that was why she insisted that when they came back, they came back to Oliver's apartment instead of the Center. Mostly because there was a shower within a private space here as opposed to the Center.

"Because I'm going to need a shower." A glance up at him with a smile. "And you're probably going to need one too."
